Schedule Overview

10:30am: Registration Opens, Beverage Carts available and complimentary (except alcohol and tobacco)

11:30am: All golfers assemble at registration for rules and instructions

12:00pm: Shotgun start on Coore-Crenshaw Course

5:00pm: Dinner, Awards, and Raffle Drawings

Schedule Details
  • Upon arrival, Omni Barton Creek staff will assist you in finding your team's carts.
  • Please check in at the registration table.
  • Supertickets will be available for purchase during registration for $50, if not pre-purchased through the website. The superticket includes entry into the long drive, closest to the pin, hole in one, and putting competitions; one Mulligan; and one raffle ticket. DO NOT MISS OUT!
  • Additional mulligans and raffle tickets may be purchased at the registration table. Additional raffle tickets will also be available at dinner, prior to drawings.
  • Beverage Carts will be available from registration through the conclusion of the tournament with complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • All golfers convene at the starting area
  • Tournament Rules and Instructions by Omni Barton Creek Staff
  • Golfers travel to their respective starting holes
12:00pm - 5:00pm:
  • Shotgun Start! Swing it and Ding It!!! Good luck to all!
  • Included BBQ Dinner
  • Raffle and Awards
